The professional principles for our client work follow the rules of ethical conduct of the BDU (Bund Deutscher Unternehmensberater e.V., Organisation of German Business Consultants) and the VDESB (Vereinigung Deutscher Executive-Search-Berater e.V. - Association of German Executive Search Consultants e.V.).

Confidentiality
Strictest confidentiality in all relations to clients and candidates is an important pre-requisite for a trustworthy co-operation in all phases of a project. All infor-mation is kept in strictest confidence without any time limitation. The consultant takes references solely with the prior consent of the candidate.
