Our procedures in search and recruitment selection are determined by the given business framework. Once parameters are defined and determined, together with the client we decide whether we use direct search and/or support by advertising in relevant media.

Eventually it is not important which method we use in establishing initial contact with potential candidates, but the consistency of relevant parameters on both, the company's and the candidate's side. In addition the conscientiousness and thoroughness of our project work is of utmost importance for high quality recruitment results. We always respect the interests of both our clients and candidates.
